We often blush or get embarrassed after hearing the magical word “Sex”. And with misconceptions and prejudice marking it as Sin. And of course, exploring our sexuality, needs, and shame revolving around this controversial taboo. Sex Education showcases sex in a very humorous, enlightening, and at the same breaking out of the shell about one’s sexual preference. Combining it with an exciting plot, comedy, and great chemistry between many characters. Made Sex Education into one of the most loved TV series of Netflix. There are so many great things to talk about this show which can’t be put into words. Along with weird & funny escalated moments and teaching that it’s okay to accept your sexuality and there’s no shame in that. But! enough of my ranting. Let’s dive into the details of Season 3 of the underrated masterpiece “Sex Education”.
It is quite unclear on when season 3 of sex education will release and no confirmation given from the creator’s end whatsoever. Judging by the pattern of the release date of both seasons which aired in January ( 2019 & 2020) The highest probability of season 3 release will most likely be in 2021. And judging by how the pandemic is causing damage to films & tv shows to a greater extent. It won’t be a surprise if it gets delayed.
Many cast from the series will be returning in their roles for season 3’s “Sex Education”. Including main casts, for example, Asa Butterfield, Gillian Anderson, Emma Mackey, Ncuti Gatwa. In addition to Connor Swindells and Kedar William Stirling. Will be a part of season 3 with many new casts that will be joining in the crazy adventure of Otis & Emma.
Season 3 will answer some of the plotholes and cliffhangers left by season 2. And will primarily focus on many relationships and chemistry between many characters. All the while preserving the charm and humor elements of the series. We could be seeing Adam and Eric’s relationship along with Jackson and Liv. And lastly Otis and Maeve. Who’s heartbroken & angry with Otis because of the deleted voicemail left by Otis.
