The casts of Friends Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, and Jennifer Aniston had a mini-reunion recently in person during Emmy’s ceremony of this year on Sunday night. The three stars acted together for ten seasons in a little sitcom about three friends living together in New York. Friends is one of the best series of all times to date. Netflix is also streaming the show now internationally. HBO Max is now showing Friends.
Special episode of Friends reunion was also going to be featured in May in the HBO Max. But, the same could not happen due to the Cornovairus pandemic. It is not a reboot but only a way to reminisce the show. Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, and Matthew Perry will be featured in addition to Aniston, Cox, and Kudrow in the show.
Reunion of Friends in person
Audiences are still awaiting the special feature. But, a brief glimpse into the Friends casts reunion was given to the Emmy viewers. In the ceremony, Aniston appeared as the presenter. However, she left and came in via zoom later on with Cox and Kudrow. She then said that the three have friends since 1994. It seems that their friends were not all a lie as the casts find many chances to do a get-together.
Friends Reunion is on a delay
The special feature of the friends is not releasing anytime soon as it is running in delay. Now, it has again been pushed further back with sources reporting that production may not start until May. So the special feature may come out next year. If the situation gets well, it may have the chances to come out this year.
Jennifer said, “It’s going to be super. You know what? This has also given us more time to make it even more exciting and more fun than it would have been.”
