The British motoring show, The Grand Tour is back again to entertain the fans, and bike and car enthusiasts. This time it is Amazon Prime Video who is set to release this series. We all have the exceptional trio of Jeremy Clarkson, James May, Richard Hammond, and Andy Willman for the creation. It had become very popular, much unlike the expectations of the makers.
While, Amazon has not made any final confirmation about the next seasons, but we still can assume it has some more content left to be into subsequent seasons. And that is also what some of the crew members hinted at. So, keep on reading to unravel many more interesting facts about the show.
The fourth season showed a traditional tent studio. This introduction was very well received and liked by the fans and critics alike. Thus, we can expect more of like that in the subsequent seasons.
The show had mostly South-East Asian countries on the radar. Countries like Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore got a chance to be featured in the show. A lot of chances to create new controversies in challenging geographical conditions. Just like the Myanmar controversy of Clarkson. From what, we can understand is the fact that maybe, the next season will not feature these South-East Asian countries.
Next in line is something interesting. Jeremy Clarkson is set to return with Richard Hammond. In an interview with Radio Times, he stated that. Both of them also told that they have enough ideas in the brain to last for nearly five decades. However, the appearance of James May is still doubted. James May is about to enter the wrong side of the fifties now, and with his age, it remains to be seen if at all he would like to be into the show. Even he admitted to being marginally falling apart. He has been a recent but frequent victim of nervous disorders, aches, and various other diseases.
While Amazon has no official word on the next release date, but we expect a mid-2021 release, if all go well.
