Cobra Kai is returning with another season. But, there is a slight change in the network. Earlier it was streaming on Youtube but Cobra Kai season 3 will be released on Netflix this time. It is going to again feature Johnny Lawrence from ‘The Karate Kid’.
It is an American satire drama web series based on the movie series ‘The Karate Kid’. Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg have formulated the series for Youtube Premium. The show has successfully completed two seasons. Season 1 was released on 2 May 2018 which comprises ten episodes. Season 2 was disclosed on 24 April 2019 with ten episodes. The show is renewing with season 3.
Creators have not yet revealed the official release date of season 3. Though, they have to halt all the works due to the current situation caused by the coronavirus. According to the sources, maybe season three would release around spring 2020, but this not confirmed by the creators.
On 23 June 2020, it was declared that season 3 will release on Netflix instead of Youtube and the show will come to be a Netflix original series.
Makers of the show have halted the production process. They have to stop the further filming scenes due to the current situation of the world caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the trailer of season three is moreover not disclosed and no disclosure in the part of the plot.
