Post date:

Lori Harvey, the stepdaughter of American comedian and TV presenter Steve Harvey, was arrested for a hit-and-run case on 20th October 2019. She is recently facing charges which might result in her landing up in jail.

She has been charged for resisting, obstructing and delaying a police officer and the count of a hit-and-run. It resulted in damage to property as well. The case was confirmed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, and she was brought to court on 21st January.

The incident occurred in Beverly Hills. The Beverly House Police Department received a report on 20th October around 10 pm. The report stated that a sedan hit a car that was parked, as asserted by Entertainment Tonight. The car’s driver had left the scene before the authorities could reach. Harvey was seen by officers near the crime scene walking down the street. She was then identified as the driver, as stated by TMZ. Harvey hit the parked car, a Prius. It was struck that Harvey’s car, which was a Mercedes G-Wagon, was tossed to its side, as reported by TMZ. Alcohol has not been entirely ruled out of the picture, but witnesses claimed that Harvey was texting on her phone while driving and hitting the other car.

Lori Harvey was arrested afterward. For then, she had only been given the citation of the hit-and-run case and for the misconduct with the police personnel due to obstruction and delay.

Lori Harvey has entirely been in the spotlight the previous year due to her relationship with Sean Diddy Combs, which did not last for long. She was also attached to the rapper Future, and they have confirmed their connection through Instagram pictures.

However, Steve Harvey made no comments regarding his stepdaughter’s relationship.
