This fitness feature will be coming this year. A considerable amount of time was spent by Apple talking about its new fitness features at its WWDC keynote. Well, it seems everything is for a good reason. Users will see big and small changes when Apple Watch will be updated to watchOS 7. These changes are not only coming on the Apple Watch, but also the iPhone side.
In the Activity app, users of the Apple Watch has the capacity for a while to view their information on Apply Watch Fitness. Apple is changing the name of the app this year to Fitness. The app will consist of the workout and the fitness data.
The new widgets coming to iOS 14 will also display the data of fitness and activity. The sizes in which the Fitness Activity widget is available is both small and medium. The smaller size shows the progress for each of the three goals and rings. Whereas, medium-size shows the graphs of the progress and the same data as the smaller one.
There are also a few changes in the Apple Watch. The watch face has a new X-Large complication which is extra large and displayed below the clock. This system allows the user to show their activity rings center and front when the watch is checked. There are not many changes in the activity app but on the bottom, many new buttons are there for the weekly summary and move goal. in watchOS 7, Force Touch is going away.
The iOS 14 and watchOS 7 will be released on this fall by Apple. Users can soon experience the fitness and workout app.
