Many of the esports brands are announcing their merchandise this week. We see for the first time Overwatch League collaborating with designer and streetwear powerhouse, Jeff Staple, and we are very excited seeing this collaboration.
Jeff Staple has collaborated with design, lifestyle, and entertainment space for designing their clothes and kits and has an iconic streetwear design. He has been in the industry for over two decades now.
The products of collaboration are brand new player kits, which are designed after feedback from real Overwatch players. The kit is guaranteed to not only look good, but it is also designed specially to fit perfectly, increase comfort and quality while gaming. Every team in Overwatch will have its own home and away kit in 2020.
Jeff Staple worked very closely with Overwatch League Players to create a kit that they wanted for long and to ensure that it fits perfectly for gaming. This uniform for players will definitely have a staple streetwear sense. The kit will be made up of pin-dot mesh fabric for being lightweight, breathable, and to maintain the temperature of players’ bodies. The full kit will have a short sleeve jersey, a long sleeve jersey, a jacket, a compression sleeve, beanie, and a hat for each of the teams in 2020.
The Overwatch League is the first major league for game Overwatch. The team names include from different cities across Asia, Europe, and North America. The game Overwatch was made with memorable characters and fast-paced action.
